We're hiring across the team for our 2026 opening in WingHaven, O'Fallon, Missouri.

What We’re Looking For:

  • You take the work seriously. Cuticle work, shaping, structure, finish, all of it. At Aura, the standard is precision without rush. Our service mix includes manicures, pedicures, dip, gel, builder gel, and Gel X. Comfort with nail art is a plus.

    What we look for:

    • Active Missouri nail technician license

    • Two or more years of salon experience preferred

    • Strong technical foundation across the full enhancement menu

    • Warm, professional presence with guests

    • Pride in your work and the space you work in

  • Head spa is the heart of Aura's experience. You'll be trained on our full ritual program, with technique sourced from extensive study in Vietnam and across Asia. No prior head spa experience is required. We train every technician from the ground up.

    What we look for:

    • Active Missouri cosmetology or esthetician license

    • Hands that know how to listen

    • Genuine interest in scalp care, ritual work, and slow service

    • Calm, grounded energy

    • Open to learning a new skill set deeply

  • You make beautiful drinks. Aura's bar program is a curated cocktail and café concept built to pair with the service experience. You'll work a smaller, more refined menu than a typical bar, with an emphasis on consistency, presentation, and guest interaction.

    What we look for:

    • Two or more years of bar experience, ideally in elevated hospitality

    • Strong cocktail fundamentals

    • Comfort with espresso, milk drinks, and a structured café program

    • Calm under pressure during busy windows

    • Hospitality first, ego second

  • The first and last person every guest sees. You set the tone. This role is part host, part operations, part calm under pressure. You'll manage the front desk, greet guests, handle bookings, run the POS, and keep the space humming.

    What we look for:

    • One or more years of front of house, hospitality, or hotel concierge experience

    • Sharp on systems and quick to learn new ones (we use Mangomint)

    • Genuinely warm and unbothered under pressure

    • Discreet, polished, and present

    • Sees the difference between hospitality and customer service

  • Aura runs because of the people who keep it running. Salon attendants reset stations, manage linens, support technicians, restock, and maintain the cleanliness that defines the experience. This is a hands on role with real growth potential into other positions on the team.
